Complaints Procedure

Do you have a complaint about our practice?

If you are dissatisfied with us, we would like to discuss this with you. If you do not have a good feeling about a contact with one of our employees, we would like to discuss this with you to clear up misunderstandings and improve our care.

It goes without saying that you first speak to the employee who you think is responsible.

If you cannot resolve the matter together, or if you find the complaint too serious to discuss directly with them, you can contact the Complaints Officer Jeannette Bonis at CortoClinics. You can fill in the online complaints form via this link.

Once you have sent the email, you will receive a confirmation from us and we will ensure that the complaint is discussed with the employee in question within a week and we will contact you.

Cortoclinics is also affiliated with the external complaints officer and disputes committee of Klachtenportaal Zorg. You can also submit a written complaint here at any time.
